Caleb Roberts Insurance Services Ltd

Caleb Roberts has been synonymous with Insurance in Powys and the border counties for over 80 years. The name changed after Caleb’s retirement in the year 1975. He was then renamed Caleb Roberts Insurance Services under the supervision by Paul Campbell and Ruth Davies. In the beginning Caleb worked for the local farmers in various ways, including selling to Robert Young and Co, scheduling markets for McCartney’s auctioneers, and even working part-time as an ambulance driver on a volunteer basis and constable special. It was due to his dedication to and popularity within the local area that he was able to achieve such success in his role as Alliance Insurance Agent in the early days.

The company has grown throughout the years and currently has six offices across Knighton, Builth Wells, Brecon, Welshpool, Bromyard and Church Stretton and whilst farming and related activities remain at the center of the company’s operations, The group is involved with all types of Commercial and Personal Insurance and can provide Independent Financial advise via it’s related company Caleb Roberts Financial Management.
